I forgot I had this in Sta.sh! I was waiting to get home from work to upload it. :stupidme:

This is one of my contributions to the Advent Calendar project hosted by the lovely ^krissi001. We were supposed to create a holiday scene, preferably depicting something special to us about the holiday season. For me, one of the most amazing things is Christmas lights. I love turning off all of the lights and just having the glow of the tree and other house lights. It is so warm and soothing. I love it to pieces. So, my piece shows an emote family (and sleeping emote kitty) enjoying the nighttime lights. :aww:

I have 2 more entries in the calendar coming later in the month. :D

When I was a very little child I used to lie down under the tree and look up at all the lights and shiny, sparkly decorations. :love:

My mum said that on my very first Christmas I just sat there staring at the lights on the tree. :giggle:
