This stamp has been in my queue for a few days, so I figure I better upload it before I go on my mini-hiatus.

This stamp was inspired by the movie, Sky High. I actually really liked that movie. I liked that the sidekicks were the ones that saved the day. I also really liked the fact that one of the main characters felt more comfortable hanging with the sidekicks rather than the heroes. That is always how I have felt through life...I always felt more comfortable with the outcasts than with the populars, even if I was in a position to join the "in" crowd.

I deliberately chose the wording, because sometimes a popular person makes the choice to remain a sidekick (or simply hang with them), so I wanted to cover both sides.

Oh, and for the record, those are all just a bunch of ambiguous superheroes. No licensed characters here. ;)

If you like the sidekicks saving the day, I'd suggest Young Justice. The sidekicks pretty much say they're done being treated like they can't handle it and form a team of 'not-sidekicks' (they don't like being called that anymore) to help save the world on their own (with eachother's help, if that makes sense)... Sorry for nerding out like that, but my first thought was of that show.
