A DD? Wow! This piece won the Opus and now a DD. Guess there's still some pixel-magic left in this mouse of mine. Uber-thanks to ^stuck-in-suburbia for the feature and all who comment/fave. I *will* answer all comments -- just may take me a while.

Well, it's been a while since I did a big, detailed pixel piece. So, here you have it...
This is my entry for the current #EmoticonOpus hosted by my good friend, =Platyxander. I was lost with what to do with the theme, and so many others had such amazing entries, I really didn't know if I would enter. Then this idea came to me. What do most people have to remember their weddings? A wedding album.
Honestly, I could have done double the pictures, but this already took me a full week to do (I lost how many actual hours). I tried to pick key events in the whole wedding scheme.
And, yes, it's a church wedding. That's what I had. Please, no negative comments. I know not everyone gets married in a church, okay? And this is not meant to be anyway pushing religion on anyone. (Kinda sad I gotta make this disclaimer, but someone always complains.)
Pictures (starting top left to bottom right):
1. The ring-bearer and flower girl in the wedding procession.
2. Bride and groom at the altar, exchanging vows.
3. Picture of the bridal party in the park.
4. At the reception, the married couple dancing.
5. Cutting of the wedding cake.
6. The Honeymoon.
Everything here is my original work. Though, admittedly, I did have a few wedding themed emotes I revamped for this. Every frame has a background and I was crazy about detail. Again, this took me days to do, but I'm really happy with it.
Since there is so much detail, I have posted a large-size version in my Scraps if anyone is interested ---> [link]
