Welcome Sign + PLZby `Mirz123

Another emote sign. I created this one about a week ago because I wanted to greet a user who had just joined dA. I wanted something with a little more fanfare than the "handshake" or "wave" emoticons. So, I came up with this.

I hope this sign will be userful. Particularly with Groups now, the need to Welcome deviants has grown and this makes a nice little greeting.
