What's New
Well, not 100%, but I am pretty positive right now and things are going better. Money is still very tight, but not scary, so that's a relief. The kids are good. Summer is here with HOT weather, but I'm dealing with that, too. I feel a renewed energy which I am hoping will translate into more positive actions (which is very good because so much has been neglected over the past 2-3 months).
Positivity has meant a revamp of both of my account profile pages. My `
mirz-alt has a spiffy new look with a brand new journal skin. If you haven't seen it, check it out. My goal is tidy-ness and organization and I think I have accomplished that. On this account, I must admit, I just love the clouds too much to change them yet, but I've done some major housecleaning and re-arranged everything nice and pretty--bringing back some info I had removed and adding a box so that my visitors can see the most recent news I've done. Speaking of news, I am having a blast doing my new features. Gah, I've missed them so much. I am even thinking of doing a special edition of "Emoticon Corner." No, I don't want to re-start the series, but a bi-monthly or quarterly "special" edition might be nice. So, if you've seen any stand-out emotes, be sure to link them in my comments.
On an art note, I am trying to catch-up a large backload, so forgive me if I spam you with new work. I'll try to space it out, but you may get a blitzkreig from me at some point!
On an unrelated note, I recently found an amazing site I want to share.
ColorCombos.com allows you to find palettes. And not just regular palettes. You can do all kinds of searches, including obscure keywords. Just what kind of palette does "goofy" bring to mind? This site will tell you. Cool, eh?
