:ashamed: First of all, I'm not really checking my devWatches lately.  I've had a few people upset because they posted something and I didn't see it or comment.  If you want me to see something specifically, please link me to it since I'm concentrating on answering messages until I'm caught up and won't be doing my regular devWatch stuff until after the 1st of the year.

After a lot of thought these last few weeks, I've made some resolutions about dA. The New Year will bring different things for me at deviantART, including much-less involvement in specific communites and much-more generalized deviant support. I am also going to stop posting negative journals.  My mood and commentary will be through my deviations and I'll try my best to keep those more upbeat.

I am looking forward to branching out.  I will still be doing lots of emotes, but I will be concentrating on my writing a lot more. I have a collab planned with `Endorell-Taelos and some other things which have me excited.  I also want to do more dolling on my `mirz-alt account and perhaps get a small group of dollers together for some support and fun. I have always been a pretty prolific pixeller, but I am going to really focus on my art in 2012 and look at ways to grow and do new things.

I have gotten rid of most of my groups.  I will be concentrating on a few that are important to me, such as #RelativityComic, #Emoti-Art, and #Emotizine.  I will also be focusing a lot of energy into creating my own little emote safeplace on dA through ~Emote-Heroes.  In general, I am going to focus my energies on things and people who sincerely support me and appreciate what I do.

Honestly, these changes are pretty scary since I've invested myself in dA for so long in certain ways that it's gonna be hard habits to break.  But I think, in the long run, it will work out the best.

Again, thanks for your support, everyone.  So greatly appreciated.

:happybounce: It's that time of the year again. Time for our family's top online video picks.  Every year we compile a list of our favorite internet shorts and videos to send to our family.  We also post up the list for our friends.  To see last year's list and a little more detail about this tradition, click here ---> [link]

:bulletblue: 1 Bat-Cat - A piece here on dA, it's super-cute and puts a smile on your face.  Though, of course, it's a bit annoying if you watch it 10 times in a row. XD                       -

:bulletblue: 2 Mudbubble Happy Holidays 2010 - Another animated Christmas card from the Mudbubble team.

:bulletblue: 3 Live-Action Mario Kart - Freddie Wong is an internet legend now.  This is one of his first pieces and still one of our family's favorites

:bulletblue: 4 Emoticon Holiday Lights 2 - This is our emoticon holiday display. We're still so proud if it.

:bulletblue: 5 Beaded Mario - Recommended to us by ~chrsfaria in a poll over on `Ravenswd's page, this is an amazing example of real-life pixelling, using iron-together beads, and some fun stop-motion animation.

:bulletblue: 6 Mr Roboto - We include one music video every year and this Styx classic was it.  I was a tween when this song first came out and I love it even more now.

:bulletblue: 7 Ants for Living - Found this through the Daily Deviations a few weeks back.  Such a cute and sweet animation.

:bulletblue: 8 Pixels - An amazing video with a cool concept.  Definitely a watch for anyone who loves old retro video games.

:bulletblue: 9 The Duck Song - This song is addicting.  The animation is primative, but hilarious.  And you'll have the darn song stuck in your head for the next 2 weeks!  Recommended by ~rockandanime and *Captain-Savvy

:bulletblue: 10 Action League Now - Part of the old Kablam Nicktoons series, an episode of a series about plastic superhero action figure.  Fun fun.

:bulletblue: 11 Ok Go Rube Goldberg - You probably know OK Go.  This is simply amazing.

:bulletblue: 12 Animator Vs Animation - THE most popular video on dA -- for a reason.

Yearly, we also link our family to the current season of Chad Vader. Not really for little kids because of the occasional colored language, but the series is so much fun and still going strong. [link]

Loved the 12 days of Christmas thing. Glad to hear you're perking up. Things will get better with the right attitude!
I'll go and check out those links, they sound great.

Merry Christmas, Mirz!
i was just thinking about how we first met on dA, how I was your 100th watcher and you gave me a free commission of my favorite anime character at the time... it turned out really good, even to this day I think about how sweet that was of you. Glad you're here, glad to have you back.
