Two Months

Two months is how long it's been since I've been to the bottom of my in-box. Well, today I made it there again. I had it down to 3 messages, but it's peeked up to about a dozen now. Hopes are to keep it manageable. Thank you all for your patience in awaiting a reply.

Thank you for all of your support regarding my community decisions. It really was a difficult decision, and I considered giving it another shot, but a few more things happened recently that cemented my decision. Anyhow, I am very secure with my new focus and am very excited looking forward at the new directions I'll be headed.

That said, I am working on developing a new feature article series. This will be broader and feature all sorts of art, emotes included. I'm in the process of working out a CSS for the News feature and composing my first few articles. Stay tuned for that.

Along the same note, I am thinking of continuing my monthly "awesome" awards, but broadening it. Still seeing how that will work, but I really enjoyed giving out the monthly designation and would like to continue it on some level.

In general, I'm better. Still sick, but that is chronic stuff. My real thing now is just dealing with disappointment. Just getting excited about things and not having them pan out, or feeling I've made progress only to find I'm at square one still. Ah well, that's life.

A big shout-out to *marcphx for making me the utterly adorable Minnie vector emote. I hope he doesn't mind my using it in the journal design, but it was too cute not to.
