Yes, I have a Sony one, and I find it very practical. Although nothing will probably ever take the place of the good old printed paper - the smell!, and the feeling to the touch! :) - I have to admit that having several books gathered in a single device may be quite an advantage. Especially when you're running out of room on the shelves! ;)

That appeals to me since I live in a very small house and we just don't have room for many books.

I have an iPhone, which I can use as an e-reader, although that's not its main purpose, of course. I have not used it yet to read any books, although I do read a lot of stuff online with it.

My sister really wants to read my story, but she wants to do it on her iPhone. She is unsure if it would be too hard to read.

It's not hard to read text but it will likely require a lot of scrolling since the screen is so small.

No. And I don't want one. I'd much rather hold an actual book in my hands. Life doesn't get much better than that. :)

I totally agree. But there are a lot of non-published writers out there that have self-published to eBooks. So I can see the benefit of them for that.

I suppose so, but if I were to get my work published I think I'd rather have it published proberly f you see what I mean.
